Khojiye reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time without notice and such changes will become effective immediately upon posting the same at this space on this website. By using, viewing, transmitting, caching, storing, and/or otherwise utilizing this site and/or its contents in any way, you have agreed to each and all of the terms and conditions listed below, and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this agreement. Khojiye, reserves its right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. 6. Payment

6.1 Khojiye reserves the right to change our service fee or institute new charges or fees, as appropriate, for our Review services. In case you fail to pay the service fee or any other fees or charges due to Khojiye, Khojiye reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Job Postings from the site for any reason.

6.2 Best review award for each coaching will be decided upon by our jury. Decision of the jury in this regard will be final and it cannot be challenged anywhere. We can also choose not to give this award to any review if it doesn’t meet our quality standards. The awardee name will be featured in the Khojiye Reviews site (after 31st December ’09 or 50 reviews for year 2009-10 (Reviews dated from June 2009 – Feb 2010), whiever is later) and it is the duty of the awardee to contact us for the prize.

We do not represent, warrant, covenant or agree that whatever you see here is error free, accurate or complete. Neither we nor our consultants on this Site shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this Site. 12. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
